We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God. By this we mean the Scriptures were written by men who were divinely inspired by God. These men were given specific words to use to express God’s Word. It is truth. The Holy Bible is infallible and inerrant in doctrine and godliness.
We believe the Holy Bible is complete in its entirety and there is no adding or subtracting. The Holy Bible expresses the process for salvation of mankind, development of Christians, and the believer's responsibilities in preparing for the return of our Lord and Risen Savior.
We believe the Bible consists of the Canonical collection of 66 books from Genesis to Revelations.
We believe it was penned by men who were divinely and supernaturally inspired by the Holy Spirit of God to do so (cf. 2 Timothy 3:16, 17; 2 Peter 1:20-21).
We believe in Creation. God created mankind and every living being as described in the Holy Bible (Genesis 1:1).
We believe marriage was designed by God to be between one man and one woman for as long as they live (Genesis 2:18-25; Leviticus 18:22; Romans 1:18-32).
We believe in male leadership within the church (i.e. pastors, preachers) as outlined in Scriptures (see I Corinthians 11:1-12; 14:34, 35; I Timothy 2:11-15; 3:1-13) and support the title of deaconess for women (see Rom.16:1- servant = diakonis).
We believe Judaism is a foundational and important component of early Christianity.
We believe the Bible teaches a distinct difference between the Church and the nation Israel, however, both will benefit from certain covenantal blessing not assigned exclusively to Israel.
We believe the Church began at Pentecost (Acts 2).
We believe in divine healing, however, we are cautious of those in the "faith-healing" industry who profit off of the innocent with promises God did not speak.
We believe every saint has been given at least one gift by the Holy Spirit for the building of His kingdom and the edification of the saints (Romans 12:3-8; I Corinthians 12:12-31).
We believe in both a literal Heaven and Hell.
We believe in angels, heavenly hosts, the devil (Satan), and demons (fallen angels).
We believe Jesus Christ bore our sins in His own body on the cross, making provisions for all men to receive the forgiveness of sins through His one time, satisfactory sacrifice and atonement.
We believe in the bodily Resurrection of Jesus Christ from the grave, His ascension into heaven, His present ministry of intercession for believers; His personal, visible, promised, and imminent Return; His glorious millennial reign and the ushering in of a new heaven and earth.
We also believe... The Trinity is God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. One, yet equally distinct in function and purpose.
We believe Jesus Christ is King of Kings and Lord of Lords, and is on His way back!
